This is the first car I had, a Rover 820SE. Lovely smooth ride, and automatic. It's the only car I've had that I would go out in just to drive it around. It drank tons of petrol though!
Wish I still had it.

My first car was a R 4 (in 1981), in white as yours !!
My was manufactured in 1968, had only 3 forward gears and could be started by crank handle.
I painted the wheel caps in red and called it "Rotkäppchen" (of fairy tale: Litte Red Hiding Hood).
I loved that car, but it rusted through at the end.

Yours seems to be a TL-version, because of the plastic-bamper at the doors.

Thanks a lot for sharing !

I really don't know if it's a TL Jochen, but I do know that it had 4 forward gears. Rust was his biggest problem indeed :D

My very first car. A 1969 Renault 16. I loved it so much. It was like to drive with your living room. Lot`s of space for lot`s of fun.... ;)

I became a proud owner of a Ford F-150.
