My advice, wait a bit for the GRDIV. Just in case
It's hard to decide between the X100 and GXR A12. The X100 is the camera with great lens, lovely OVF/EVF and of course, STYLE

On the other hand, it's one purpose camera with no chance of expanding its possibilities (aside the FW updates). The GXR A12 does not look so sexy, the external EVF is bulky and expensive, but it can be upgraded with A12 50, later this year A12 zoom and in a very near future, plenty of new lenses thanks to the M module. True, the M lenses are pure manual beasts. But I'm pretty sure the M lenses manual focus will be much faster and more user friendly than the manual focus either with X100 lens or A12 AF lenses. In my opinion, the focus by wire MF is just for masochists
