Recent Travels in Scotland

We have had a nice, settled, though quite cold at times start to winter. Good light though!

Regards,
Andy

Nice shots Andy, and thanks for looking at the Italy shots.

I like the second one, the cheese and foods shop, and nice to see that it's busy and that the trays outside are empty. Good to know that there are still those who prefer the small shops over the supermarkets. These are the kind of businesses we liked to frequent on our recent trip to Italy. Amazing to see so many still managing to stay open.

The last one is also lovely - the light hasn't decided if it's ominous or playful....

Nice set Andy. I particularly like the Rosemarkie beach scene and the cheese shop.

Thanks guys!
Have not been on here much lately though determined to keep taking my cameras out for exercise... ;)
The cheese shop looked really interesting and I regret now not popping in to have a closer look at the merchandise.
Hope all good with you and yours!

Looking at this set again. You were certainly getting around. The cheese shop is still my favourite and I've only just noticed the reflection of the person with the flat hat in the door glass. Trinafour is great too and reminds me of driving the switch back descent in the MG.

Yes,
the reflection on the door works well! Just luck though: I was more concentrated on getting the exposure right than following the action in the interior!

And downhill through Trinafour in the snow and ice made breaking for the hairpins quite interesting...I have a rear wheel drive car at the moment, so it definitely brought back memories of anxious earlier driving experiences.
Cheers!
