Not a Triumph, sorry.
I do fear this is a bit too hard.
I've gone from relatively common to fairly rare.

I'm guessing but Alfa Romeo were really in to streamlining and enclosing wheels in the 1930s.

It is a Delage D6.70

These are very rare in Oz. But oddly I knew someone who knew an owner of one.

That rear wheel fairing seems really of a Delahaye, but the rear lights seem more of a ¿Talbot Lago? :?:
