When the lens tilt comes in handy

Here's example of using tilt feature to preserve shallow depth of field but include objects behind focusing plane:

Good one. How complicated it is to get the right tilt when using such a shallow DOF?

Thank you, Peter! In this case it was easy enough, thanks to bright and big enough viewfinder, but sometimes (mainly in close up cases with or without tilt) it's not that easy and I use live view mode to get the right focus. ;)

So this is a tilt shift in camera/lens adjustment at the push of button.
Cool 8-)

Not exactly (at least I wouldn't call it just an adjustment). This one is made with Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II lens.
