It was quite a trip for the little Ricoh.
I was second to last to receive the camera and must admit I thought it had a few knocks and scrapes but it still performed well.
Most of all I enjoyed the variety of vision that the users had, and also how wonderful were the remarks in the diary that travelled with camera!!

A BIG THANK YOU Pavel for all your hours of organization, planning and constant driving of the project. It didn't end once the camera left Pavel there were lots of nudges and help he did along the way.

Thanks to all involved even if you just voted - great to have you all take part.

Thank you all, and mostly Pavel for organizing this RATG journey. I have to admit that I totally forgot it, but I still remember the day I took that photograph of the elderly couple and that the camera arrived at Gerd in Germany with a lens problem.

Many thanks to everyone for the votes and to Pavel especially for organising it all. It was such a fun experience!! Also, recently discovered the pictures of the diary with all the nice comments and pictures I hope we'll have another RATG soon!

Congratulation to you three guys; IMO you are worthy winners. I greatly enjoyed looking at all the photos from so many countries . That is one of the issues that makes this forum such an interesting place to visit. Special thanks to Tim; it would have cost quite a bit to post to SA as the last stop. A couple of gaps in the diary, perhaps, but a good record all the same. Thanks Pavel for what was an excellent idea and a considerable effort.

I noticed that the camera didn't visit anywhere in the Levant - something I and hopefully other new members from this region will not let happen again...
