I checked it, and it is indeed true. The Gray-Level of the "dark" squares outside of the shadow of the cylindrical object
are absolutely identical to the Gray-Level of the "light" squares inside the shadow of the cylindrical object!
The RGB levels (in both cases) are R = 101, G = 101, and B =101 (out of a maximum tone-level of 255).
Before we can claim to have created an "artificial intelligence", we must manage to understand "intelligence" itself ...
