Sunshine at Last

In every new construction I try to find a redeeming factor: I struggled to find much with the new glass erection at Landstrasse, 3rd District, Vienna but these glass panels have a nice glow in the sun... :D

Hi Simon and Remko, I guess one aspect that might swing it one way or the other would be image quality. It would be interesting to compare the A12 28mm with the Color Skopar 21mm, just to see how colour balance, sharpness, vignetting, etc. is handled. The A12 is a faster lens and of course not so wi...

Hi Simon, whilst I have never tried out a 21/4 Color Skopar, I have tried out or owned one or two of its close relatives. I would suggest that unless you are going to use it for close-up stuff it hardly needs focusing. Even at f4 almost everything between a few meters and infinity should be in focus...

What an extraordinary location, Gab! Wonderful...and the very best of luck with your the X100! Just being nosey, but what is the difference between the "Limited Edition" and the normal one? I tried to look on Amazon, but you must have bought them all, as they were sold out...!
